OUR CLIENTS
Since suffering a childhood accident, Bob* has used a wheelchair to get around. He finds using his hands difficult, and has lost the ability to speak. Bob came to Riverside in 1999. Time and again, Bob’s family has told us how vital Riverside’s programs have been to Bob’s life. Here he has found a sense of community, and through his work in our arts education program, Bob has regained his voice. As his skills have developed, so have his pride, joy and sense of purpose. Art has captured his soul. Bob tells staff that his dreams are filled with ideas for his next creation.
