The factory building which over two decades ago enclosed almost four acres of empty space now sports a lively complex of human service programs, craftspeople, light industries and artists. Hundreds of people use the space daily for their business and educational purposes as well as dining at Tucson & Savannah's Restaurant. One Cottage Street is the home of dozens of regionally, nationally & internationally, recognized & awarded artisans.
