All positions require effective organizational, time management, judgment, advocacy, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

Positions in Employment Services require a valid Mass. Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.

Salary and Benefits for Direct Support Professionals

Starting Salary is $22,837   Direct Care Positions increase to $29,814 after 4 years of service

  Personal Time Off   20 days per year, plus 1 additional day for every year of service (up to 40 days)

  403b Retirement Plan   Employee is fully vested after 5 years. Riverside has historically matched up to 7% employee salary on average
  Term Life Insurance   $50,000 premium paid by Riverside, additional life insurance available
