  • Support people in small groups to develop their
    skills in areas that are important to them:
    fine and gross motor, social, decision making, etc.
  • Provide opportunities for people to explore the community
  • Develop and teach therapeutic strategies
  • Enhance functional and quality of life skills
  • Expand cognitive achievements
  • Work with a team of professional consultants;
    (OT's, PT's, SLP's, nurses and psychologist)
Job Responsibilities

Life Enrichment Services
  • Promote community membership
  • Support people to explore hobbies and interests
  • Plan, organize and arrange fun, social and
    recreational activities
  • Secure volunteer opportunities
  • Provide therapeutic and recreational activities to
    people living in nursing homes
  • Promote independence, choice, and individual control
Qualifications

All positions require effective organizational,
time management, judgment, advocacy, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

Positions in Employment Services and Life Enrichment
require a valid Mass. Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
