in small groups to develop their
skills in areas that are important to them:
fine and gross motor, social, decision making, etc.
- Provide opportunities
for people to explore the community
- Develop and teach
therapeutic strategies
- Enhance functional
and quality of life skills
- Expand cognitive
achievements
- Work with a team
of professional consultants;
(OT's, PT's, SLP's, nurses and psychologist)

Life Enrichment Services

- Promote community
membership
- Support people
to explore hobbies and interests
- Plan, organize
and arrange fun, social and
recreational activities
- Secure volunteer
opportunities
- Provide therapeutic
and recreational activities to
people living in nursing homes
- Promote independence,
choice, and individual control

Qualifications
|
All
positions require effective organizational,
time management, judgment, advocacy, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication
and writing skills.
Positions
in Employment Services and Life Enrichment
require a valid Mass. Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
